Tyler's Birthday

Even though we are smack dab in the middle of the holiday season, Tyler's birthday has definitely been the most highly anticipated day of all. He has been looking forward to this day for months and has taken so much pride in being able to announce to one and all that he is now "5". Vern and I had so much fun preparing for it....buying presents, making a birthday poster, hanging streamers and balloons and just enjoying Tyler's innocent anticipation. There is nothing so much fun as celebrating the birth of one of your kids- they are each such significant landmarks in your life. Here's some pics from our most favorite day this holiday season.

Waking up to Donuts and Football with Dad!!For his birthday dinner, he could pick anything he wanted. So of course we had pancakes and eggs for dinner!!
